Your Current Training
The type of training you are doing and your training frequency, the % weights and % cardio, your technique, your body type and it's effect on your training etc
Your Current Food Habits/Eating Plan
Your calorie requirements, post training nutrition, types of foods you should be eating and the types you shouldn't be eating, sports supplements etc. A full eating plan is available if you require but will attract an additional fee, click here for details.
Your Health And Fitness Goals
What you want to achieve from your training (short and long term goals). Also, you have the option of a complete assessment including photo's, girth measurements (waist, arms etc) and body fat measurement with calipers. This will give you a complete picture of where you are now and you can use this to track your progress accurately.
Advanced Training Techniques
There are many different techniques which can be incorporated into your training to help you bust through plateaus, achieve personal bests or encourage development of that stubborn bodypart. We will cover those that will help you.
Your Questions
Any questions you have about your diet or training wewill answer fully and with thorough explanations.
Your New Program
We will set you a new program and we will demonstrate all of the exercises to you and then you will go through all of the exercises and we will check your technique and ensure you fully understand all of the exercises and their purpose and benefit.
You will receive a complete printout of all the exercises from our huge database of over 1800 exerices - (see a sample below) and full descriptions are included too.
Now you are all set. You are ready to get into the gym and show your body who the boss is and mould the body you desire!
We recommend you come back to see me in approx 6 weeks for a review of your program. We will discuss your progress and make changes to your program to ensure that you keep getting results. This is called a program review.
