It was a long tough road with many failures.... I tried absolutely everything you can think of. I read the glossy fitness mags, I went to personal trainers, I scoured the web and tried every type of training program & diet out there. Nothing worked! It was as if I was destined to a life of little man syndrome.
But then, I finally stumbled upon the system that worked for me and voila, look at me now. I'm now 70kg of lean toned muscle and I'm super fit, healthy & happy! Did I mention I was 54 kg dripping wet when I began this journey? Well, I was. Before I started training with Neil I had just arrived in Australia after 3 months holiday that included beer as my main source of calories.
